Running out of room?

Don't bother with the cross pattern.... :nono

Standard H pattern works just fine.

Your welcome.... :cool

By cross pattern I meant the shrinking order in quarters (top right, bottom left, bottom right, top left)  Not the pattern of anchoring down the film.

I will continue using the H pattern to anchor the film down.  :thumb

H pattern was fine I use just a line straight across. start in the middle and as stan said the lift and pull. Try just shrinking about 2-3" at a time. this solved my shinking issues when I was learning.

Just find what works for you and do that :thumb

Maybe you could share some insights on the lift/pull method?  I've tried this before but was unsuccessful.  After doing the lift and pull the film didn't want to lay flat back on the window.  I'm guessing I over shrunk it.  :dunno
