Guest Blade
you have to remember, you're watching someone who knows what they're doing, so it's going to look easy. you may think you have the "basics" down, but you'll realize you don't when you start tinting. It's amazing how many times I've heard customers say "You make that look easy." (When out on flat glass jobs.) exzatly why I will NOT let anybody in my shop while I am tinting. Bingo.....no one in the tint bay while I'm tinting.
Guest rides20
Geez....I wasn't trying to seem like I knew how to tint...and I know it's not easy, if it was there wouldn't be a need for the forum.I give you guys credit for doing what you do and how you do it.. I don't think I'm going to make a career out of it, but when I do complete a job whether it's for myself of someone else, I strive for professional looking results. I was just asking if the tint was crap (which now I know it IS and will NEVER mention it again), and if there was a "special" purpose for that crazy looking squeegie.....I figured rather than spend hours looking up info about 1 tool, I could ask and get a simple response, and me done w/ it......sorry if I offended anyone.
