Ceraluxe vs F1 Pinnacle

Recommended Posts

Hello TintDude family,

I'm in the market to get my incoming 911 tinted.  On previous cars, I've used F1 Pinnacle.

This time around - my PPF installer, whom I trust extensively, reminded me he also installs tint.  He uses CeraLuxe primarily.

I've never heard of it in the past so I wanted to get some opinions from the professional community on how it fares against F1 Pinnacle.  I also have a couple more questions, so please see them all listed below:

1. Thoughts on Ceraluxe vs Pinnacle tint?

2. Is it okay to tint a glass roof?  I've read many do it, but there's also the camp suggesting possible damage to roof/glass due to heat getting trapped?

3. Any concerns tinting the windshield (not for darkness but heat rejection only)?

Thanks in advance for your help.

Yogi
