Which tint is better in harsh climate condition

In my country, in summer become +40degree celsius and in winter become -40degree celsius. Difference is 80 degree celsius. But, nearly every days has sunshine in all season. So, I am looking for suitable tint for my small tinting business.

 

As my thinking single tint's requirement is:

 

1. In summer time, as soon as possible to block sunshine

 

2. In winter time, as soon as possible to transfer sunshine
