Thoughts on this, tint topic?

Out of all the C7 Vettes we have tinted (including Z06), 99% of them went with base film.

What I don't get - is this kid is smarter then that.... at least he seems that way from his videos. Which I know - vlogs are edited to how they want to be shown.... but he's not dumb. Not sure why he went with that film.

 

And I've read enough youtube comments tonight so I can't read any from that video. lol

They know they aren't going to keep it long so why waste the money. Just wanna look cool is all.

That could be too... I can't remember if he's talked about getting something different or not. (I watch a couple car channels and they kindof blur together)

I've stuck dyed film on 1 vette in all my years the rest have been ceramic.

I loved the Z06 we did that was brand new with a $5000 matte black wrap job.  What film did he choose?  Basic dyed.

I don't get that at all. I know that's why I don't get many vettes, they're mostly cheap w tint or want illegal

I think our favorite vehicle now is the Tesla S...overall easy car and always premium window film.

On top of the trash and the install methods everyone else commented on....I felt bad for poor Andy....that dude is either really nervous to be caught on film doing illegal installs, or he has a BAD case of the DT's...
