Light gap on side of back windows....should this be redone?

Rookie mistake.  All rear windows like that will pull away from that short side when the top edge is aligned.

I would guess hand cut since the round corner is not even...plotter cut would be smoother.  A lot of people (including us) double cut the doors.  So we will double layer the film and cut both pieces at once which makes sure it is uniform.  This is what most likely happened and like you said, could of been different people tinting on the front/back.

agree plotter would be a lot smoother. To prevent gapping I take a dry erase marker to the out side of the glass on these angled glass/seals before installing to make sure I cover all exterior sides.

vertical gleams are unacceptable and have to be remade. It was necessary to ask them about it at once, it wasnt pasted for 100%

Absolutely needs to be redone. Never should have left the shop looking like that.
