How big is your window edge gap?

I shave my edges using a exacto knife with a number 11 dull blade. Olfla blade 50 cents / exacto #11 blade a nickel and work great dull. We use the shave as a closer on the sale. Not any better than a micro edge just another hook on the line to close when customers are biting.

yes it is. I run a plotter and I leave about an 1/8th but it still is inconsistent.  frameless doors I widen the pattern and cut with a blade.
