The panel pull relatively easy, there is a screw behind the handle and two behind a plate under the grab handle if I remember correctly, once those are removed the panel can be popped off. I don't remember at the moment if the seal is attached to the panel or if you can then pull it out, I think it's separate haven't done one for a couple of months.
