Thank you everybody, I think I determined that I am squeegeeing the wrong ways even though I've done over 100 windows this way and never had this problem. I will try everybodies tips on the next job.

Ram seals jump out of panel all the way back to 94.

I hate when the lower seal gets wet and might cause fingers

 

I hate taking panels apart on most doorglass

 

I dont have to use a heatgun on hardly any doorglass

 

Hate touching the glue side of the film for doorglass

 

And nice squeege pattern Coast

put paper towels at the end of whatever tool your using to soak up water...after each pass reposition the towel to keep sucking up water

i think so...i have that door panel...the door rubber pops off easily

Not sure what yr or model caddy but i dont have to take the seal out and i see you have a cad in your sig

I pull the gaskets on 95% of the doors i do. And rarely do i ever have to shrink a door. Like seriously almost never.
