New Soak Shield

So a fellow tinter recommended this new thing called soak shield B/C I do a lot of windshields on high end cars. I got online and checked it out! It's basically high absorbing microfiber towels that have been made into different sized ropes.   You stuff them down the gap between the dash and glass to get all the water that you can't get to because it would be in the way of you laying the film

looks awesome- mine should be in tomorrow, I'll let u guys know the results of using soak shield as soon as I try it!

I have three they work very well! They seem a little thick but I've yet to find a dash they wouldn't fit. I typically do 3 to 5 windshields a week.

So far so good...plus they have different thicknesses for the tighter vehicles.

Anyone know how to order these and how much they are? Also heard they have some sort of dash cloth? I googled it and only find a Sun Distributing but they don´t have different colors and sizes or the cloths.

Y’all ever pulled the tint from the bottom of the windshield when removing the soak shield?

 No I haven't just pull slow and use a little common sense and you won't have that issue.
