Some models u can remove the headrest and some you cant depending on the trim level.

u didn't have any problems at all with the back doors?? I used a plotter maybe it cuts it out bigger on the side edges and that's y I had some problems,

back window installations was easy jus the shrinking when I was getting to the side edges where it curves

global qdp and i used a H pattern for shrinking. I think you're having a problem at the very top corners. Try moving you line lower so the top isn't as big  of a shrink.

Left and right headrests do come out, middle one does not... depending on the model.
