Weird cutting problem with plotter

I don't know if it is a plotter issue or software issue Iam having with patterns that used to fit but now don't, for instance today I had to dodge ram  that hadn't changed since 2011 my patterns on the front door used to fit fine but now I might have a micro edge at the top front and top rear but close to 1/4 gap at the top middle

Was the glass OEM or aftermarket? I've seen some serious fit issues like that with aftermarket glass. What software are you using?

Film and vinyl designs  had a 2016 Ram in a 2018 around and both patterns fit the same

The only thing that changed I've had nothing but problems with my plotter and patterns since my forced Windows 10 update maybe pure coincidence I don't know

Check the rollers that the cut head rides on. I had one break once, patterns were all jacked up. Fvd really isn't the best in world either but I don't think I've had any problems with the new Dodge trucks

Sometimes if the blade is out too far you will get funny cuts.  Also if the cut strip is starting to cut through.
