2010 - 2015 Camaro

Have one of these rolling in tomorrow. I have been bottom loading nearly everything lately, is this an option on this car?

Customer is also asking about the windshield, anything to watch out for there? I have done a couple (Trucks and SUVs) but I like to ask and didn't see a post already.

I know the back glass is tight but it sounds like the 16+ models are worse. Will my Automotive Bulldozer be enough for this back window?

Thanks for the help as usual everyone. This forum has saved my butt on many things already!

Bulldozer will get that. As far as the doors, I spray a fair amount of slip, lay my film on the glass, push with my hands a bit (3/4 way to the top) and it separates the glass from the molding and slides right down.

Cheers

If you want I do believe those clips pop and seals will pull out and hang. Don't quote me on it but I'm pretty confident.

Thanks @drtint and @jh812!

Guy actually called and wanted to drop it off early.

Back window doesn't look like it has much shrink to it and the Bulldozer fits pretty good it seems. Worst part is my 6'2" frame in that back seat.

What about the sides? May just knock this out tonight and let it bake in the sun tomorrow.

That's my problem as well. I can do the '10-'15's but the '16+ I pass on. Side glass you can either snap shrink on your peel board or wet shrink the top and you'll be golden. If you go through with pulling the seal you might be able to get away with no shrink.

Already did driver and passenger with no luck.

I was just searching YouTube for a door panel removal video.

Did the top not pop back?

It did. Went back over the replies before I pulled the whole panel.

I actually popped the whole seal out instead of hanging it.

Cutting now, we'll see how it goes this time.

Shouldn't be any issue now. I knew I had just done one not to long ago and thought it did. Good luck.

Nope. Zero issues. First shot on each side once those sweeps were out.

Didn't even have to shrink. At least I know for next time.

(Really should learn to do the snap/double snap technique on my board though...)
