DO I NEED IT? Felt moleskin added to windows question

Recommended Posts

Hello,

I'm a consumer. I just had some ceramic tint put onto my honda civic a few days ago (I plan to wait two weeks before I make any changes). I am curious if I should look into having moleskin applied to my windows. It looks like its car specific (im guessing because some cars come stock with the felt on the inside and some dont).

If I should get it, what brand do you recommend? I am somewhat crafty - is this something I can do myself?

Any thoughts and comments are welcome.

Yeah, you should already have felt on the inner rubber.  This is only when it is bare rubber with no felt.  Moleskin is just a name for felt, but honestly any felt works...we personally use cheap stuff from our tool supplier and never had an issue.

How much is roll for felt?? $$$
