 GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION

 Are you a team player eager to provide great customer satisfaction by improving driver comfort?
Solar Savers is activity seeking an installer who has the ability to hand cut window patterns, have a clean window tint installation, ensure that our
customers receive the highest level of customer service at all times, assist the sales team in growing volume and
profits by identifying new customers and sales opportunities, and ensure 100% compliance with company policies
and procedures.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
Install window tint
Remove dirt and debris from windows and windshield
Use shop software system to enter, update and verify job information before, during and after each individual tint job.
Help keep the shop and the rest of your work environment orderly by cleaning up after every job, putting tools and equipment back in their proper place and performing janitorial duties when needed.
Remain in constant communication with necessary personnel to ensure projects stay on schedule and are completed per the latest company standards.
MINOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Report and communicate to team to ensure customer satisfaction Provide detailed information to clientele about product's and features. Report all issues and concerns to management in timely fashion.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE JOB
   
 Education:
High school diploma or GED
Able to read and understand information and instructions
Experience:
Valid Drivers License
Ability to drive manual vehicles
3+ years' experience installing automotive window tint required. Strong communication and interaction skills required.
Experience working with various types of automobiles Other:
Valid Drivers License
High ethics and integrity.
Positive influence on customers and employees. Must have flexible work schedule
Ability to follow instructions
KEY COMPETENCIES
Read Write Drive Hand Cut
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Regularly required to stand and walk. Frequently required to stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, squat and climb. Ability to lift 1-50 pounds (light hand tools, etc.)
