Probably a smart move.

The biggest issue I have with moving someplace different... Like states away.. is worrying about the lack of good pizza.

You'd think it would be easy to make good pizza country wide... But that doesn't seem to be the case.

Look up the Kettle Pizza Pro.  It will turn a regular 22" grill into a 750°plus pizza oven.  Then you can just make your own good pizza.

It might let me make pizza... but 'good' would probably be a stretch.

 

I don't know what it is... either the dough or the sauce... but I've been to different places and their pizza - non-chain pizza - just doesn't taste good. IMO.

 

Maybe I'd have to to figure out how to make it taste good...
