Not enough money for the value of what you bring to the business. I would have a meeting w/ the business owner and or manager. Articulate what you bring to the table on paper and then ask for a pay increase, whether it be a higher commission rate or overall higher salary.- 1

Basically right now, because they changed the way their email works, I can't receive emails on the domain until I can update some records. It's complicated and the fact that their site doesn't work properly to edit the info, and customer service is non existent, doesn't help at all. For now I'm routing the site's "contact us" emails to tintdude@gmail.com until I can get this fixed. -

Yeah it is. Trying to update MX records for the DNS on a domain registrar that hasn't updated their website in literally 20 years.
