I use it before razoring window and final sqeegee. I was amazed how well it breaks down adhesive for removal. I cant believe nobody ever mentioned it. I mixed up some dawn and alcohol a couple weeks ago.  Works ok, but the sprayway has better coverage and no mixing stuff.

Does the water flush better ???

Yes, much much better.  Spray some sprayway glass cleaner on your peel board.  throw some black  pepper in it.  Use slip solution to wash it down the glass,  Then do the same thing with straight water.  you will see the difference.

Interesting. Never heard of this. I only use sprayaway for scrubbing the back window and cleaning seals and surrounding areas on the side windows.

I use 409 on all that, but it's just my preference. I agree with @redneckj about using the water alone, no soap on the market will tell you to rinse with more soap, be it dish liquid or shampoo, the soap catches the dirt and is to be wiped or rinsed away with water. So he made a great point and i'm going to start doing what he said.
