Changing our film line up

When you call these reps, rest assured, they will check on your web page, reviews etc, before calling you back. If you do not have a professional on line presence..you will likely not get a return call.

We definitely do our research, but typically call folks back even to let them know that we’ll be going another direction.

I’m aware of the rep mentioned here, and he’s a great one...just a little spread thin.   He regularly rolls up his sleeves and helps his customers install when they’re in a jam.  @stewy and @highplains, if either of you want me to reach out to your XPEL rep and get the conversation started again, just pm me.

I looked in to xpel for auto tint and was told 2 other dealers in my area were the only ones they wanted so i wrote em off.

Sounds like a good business practice to me. One of the reasons I like being a Xpel dealer. My rep has actually called me to talk about another shop looking to carrying the film, to get my opinion of them, and if it is someone I would like to represent the brand in my area.

As for reps not getting back to people, that's definitely a put off and should be addressed.

We switched to Global and love it. Only downfall as it just doesn't have that name brand recognition like some other films. So the very few customers that do ask what film we carry, end up going somewhere else. But I love the film and the price is right
