VE Q42 cutting straight lines only

Hey guys. I bought a used plotter and got screwed big time. VE Q42 with computercut software. It’s one thing after another. Finally got it cutting but now it’s only cutting straight lines it will not do anything curved or round. Is it the blade holder or could it be something else? Any help is most definitely appreciated.
