That's the problem, if they didn't do it right the first time, it's not likely they will the second either.

 

Have you shown it to them/the owner? I'd give them first crack at making it right.

Appointment is on the 30th, happy to get 50% back and deal with the job. Don't think it will be an option. Im not cleaning the windows to perfection again.

It's not your job to do that. It's great to have them clean, but the final clean has to be done a certain way by the installer and right before the film is installed.
