picked up Claptons new CD today. Its the big C at his BEST. Its Clapton and his guitar and its all about the blues. If I could go 6 out of 5 stars, this cd gets it.

the cover of the cd pretty much explains the contents. its just EC sitting in a chair with a picture of (I think) Robert Johnson. Its an amazing piece of work.

That pretty much goes for most bands...I'd like to ring the necks of the corporate-owned station managers and their lame-ass playlists. Wanna hear something completely different? That'll play just about anything? Try WXRT.com. A Chicago gem of a radio station. But even they play crap I don't want to hear some times, but it's completely different than anything you'll hear in the states.
