May 8, 2004 at approximately 9:40 a. m. three motorcycles were southbound on Colton Point Rd. The first motorcycle was rounding a curve near Derby Hill Lane and lost control. The motorcycle skidded on the pavement to a stop and the driver Theresa M. Cremeans of Mechanicsville MD suffered minor injuries. The driver of the second motorcycle, James Cremeans of Mechanicsville attempted to avoid the first downed motorcycle and fell and skidded on the pavement. The driver of the second motorcycle also suffered minor injuries. The third motorcycle operated by Donald Graham of Mechanicsville also fell and skidded on the pavement avoiding the first two motorcycles. He suffered minor injuries.
