hae not heard or seen this what film company is it, and how long has it dried before they noticed it was blurry?

is it BLURRY like bad adhesive? or distorted from the defrosters?

the film going over the defrosters can cause distortion if you stair at it, especially cars that have THICK defrosters like lexus.

if the film is actually BLURRY like bad adhesive then I would suggest to replace it, mabey it was a bad roll of film.

if its distorted from the film riding over THICK defrosters there is NOTHING you can do, thats the nature of the beast with some cars that have thick defrost lines.
