Pretty easy, just be careful not to use a file on the edges of the roll downs. The glass has been known to chip. :rollin

Who the hell uses a file. The only time Ive seen that was at a Film Dist. demonstration day. I laughed my ass off. Not only did he use a file, but he used a fricken butane torch as a damn heat gun. His job looked like sh!t too. :rollin :lol

About the 2 heat gun thing, I couldnt believe it when I saw that little jig that a couple tool distr. carry. How many people actually do that? :rollin :lol

FBJ, are you talking about the Solar Gard Tint off in Anaheim a couple of months ago?? I watched a guy use a file and a map gas torch, and he couldn't finish the window in time :beach
