this tip comes from an experience today....got accused of stealing a toyota emblem off car... :lol ...can you believe that...guy came in and left his car...it was the first thing I noticed when one of the guys from work pulled it in...the back emblem was pried off..should have told my boss about it but didnt..my fault...the guy comes to pick it up..that is the first thing he noticed...acussed us of doing it..I told the guy it was like that and he went off.... :evileye ...anyway...to make a long story short...we ended up going halves with him on the new emblem...he still wasnt too happy...so...my tip is....when the customer comes to drop off the car...go out with him/her...and look it over with them...it will save you alot of headaches in the long run... :thumb ...just point out anything you can see and make note of it with the customer.. :beer

the thing is....it was a saleman at a dealership...that we do alot of work for...we tried to make him happy ..as much as possible...better to pay for a 20$ emblem then losing a bunch of biz...

I think thats a good idea ,I heard some shops have a sheet that is already printed up,Do you guys have one?I'D LIKE A COPY !! I rather have a printed sheet that looks prof than me going out there with a paper!! I had a customer accuse my guy of stealing his rach clip,can you believe that crap? I told him look ,we dont need your roach clips and I'f I would have seen it I would have thrown it out.H e kept bitching so I went to tell the guys and they were craking up saying the guy was all smoked up(what did I know) When he leaves he finds it in his gum pack and calls me back and says he's sorry,thats about the wackyiest thing ive ever heard of.So I'll be doing a check on the car and writing down what they have in it,ROACH CLIPS, P**n VIDEOS ECT!! You ever have those people come in that have all those porns in therw back seat? ok im changing the subject here let me be quiet im doing sign here. :spank:rollin:nope:lol:tt:tt
