Experiance and pay

I wouldn't feel so trampled-on if the boss was a side-by-side worker. I know he's earned the luxury of not having to be there every day, but how would you like to earn over $200K a year from 1 person and for not doing anything? Yeah, I understand about overhead, insurance, worker's comp, all that, but I know he's making a whole lot more than me, and I'm doing the work. There are 3 other guys in the back (1 helper for me (a mini-me in training), and 2 guys who install all the truck accessories and spray the bed liners. Try 1.5-2 mil a year in sales. Take away everything that it costs to keep the doors open, and what you have left in no chump-change. I've been to his house. I know ALL the vehicles he has. 2 girls at the most expensive university in the state (that's the University of Oklahoma, or OU for the laymen), expensive hobbies, etc. I'm gonna have to stop now before I get really depressed about having to get up Monday and make him even more money.

I wouldn't mind if this thread got moved elsewhere, if you know what I mean.
