what is going rate for a strip and retint

ok I have to do a saab 2 door I think, he just wants the back half done and there is like 7 year old tint on it. I have to remove and retint, what should I charge, I've never done a strip and retint, so the tint price is easy but stripping tint I don't know what goin rate is. lil help here

At least half what you charge to tint it, like 150$ for tint and 75$ to strip it.

I always tell my customers (if it's an entire strip job on a truck or car) that it's a minimum of $50 and can go up to $150 depending on the time it takes. I TRY to never go below half the cost of the tint-job itself.

I charge $50 for the Back Glass. and $10 for every window. Quaters are Free. So if its a 4 door car it comes out $90.00

100 to strip a car some take 2 hours to get that stuff off and then if you have to scrap the back window yuk!

Thats about what I charge too! Unless it's the back window only. Then I charge what I would charge to just tint a 2 door car.

I tell people "it takes longer to take it off than it does to put it on"...min 60 for rear and 15 per window after that.It's worth it.
