on front side no windowfilm allowed at all.

BTW film must have a German a  pproval number stamped in the film.!!!

I knew he was full crap about the front doors :thumb he DID however have film with some numbers stamped on it, it looked like the gila film they sell here in auto parts stores and walmart REAL CHEEP crap.

does that approval number have to be seen on EVERY window?

Anything approved can go behind the b-post. Only manufacturer of film can submit for approval. A film could have 0% VLT and must have less than 25% visible reflection. Car must have 2 side view mirrors. Nothing on the front and front sides except clear safety on clear glass. You can put film on 10% of the front surfaces where it doesn't interfere with the drivers view which translates into a visor strip in the front and some nice small designs on the front sides. Except for those stripes every window must show a stamp. Every film type has it's own Stamp/number. You must carry a document (ABG) showing the same number. By the way most Germans believe that Blak Limo tint would be alllowed in the US on the back and all sides, thank's to Hollywood.
