How much grace time to give

Depends when their appt. was. In the morning I will give about 30minutes and if it is in the after noon lock shop and go home. I usually fill the spot right away and tell them the usuall Im running behind and they can wait.

at my main shop we stoped takint appts. always first come first serve. if you dont want to wait be the first one there.

at my other shops we will give 15. mins call to update your situation, somtimes trafic is a beitch, but 30. mins later your deposit is gas money, thanks
