Newbie Need Help

Hi all,

I am planning to bring some film from US back to my home country in Asia where they don't sell Huper Optik. My question is what is the length that I need to bring. I am planning to install in an SUV, probably like Grand Cheeroke.

Is 20" wide enough for the side windows?

Also, for the windshield, how wide is the film that I need to buy, is 60" enough?

I've tinted many windshields in the past and NEVER had an electrical problem.

I have tinted 10 and all 10 blew up should I have not used a water hose to install the film

maybe you should have used the spray-on tint.

I use 36" for everything. Cut it in half for most sides. Have a sunstrip/eyebrow left over at the top of most BGs, and I don't do entire windshields.

I might be getting old, but I have a hard enough time seeing through my windows without the windshield done below the AS1 line. I catch myself leaning forward to look through the windshield for un-lit side streets and driveways at night with 20% on my car.

20" is wide enough to cover the height of most side glass, with the exception of some of the truck roll-downs.
