    Paging @Tintguy1980 I don't think it's going to work better myself. It's still going to heat and reradiate both ways. Maybe the wind has a slight effect since the outside surface may be a tad hotter than the inside, so maybe it would.

    Ah. In that case I'd just prop the arm up off the glass with a racquetball or something else soft that fits like an olfa blade box.

    Is the motor in the way of tinting? If not I'd try to work around it if you give up on the wiper.

    Is the motor up against the glass inside?

    It's spring loaded so you'll need to wrestle a bit with it. I'd push down on the area going out to the arm and lift from the back at the same time.

    I don't know about the Taycan, but most wiper arms come off with a nut at the base. Lift the rear cover like this to expose the nut:

    That looks like defective film to me. If it was contamination, or something wrong with your slip, it would look more random and spotty, not all through the film like that.
