Check out my awesome mobile peel board. I bought a clothing hanger stand and a white board from Wal Mart and then customized it. You cant cut or shrink on this peel board I just use it for the delearship 2 window tints. We precut our film at the shop and preshrink for the delearship, snap shrinking. By doing this, we can do 40 2 front windows in 3 - 4 hours. Excuse the mess

A little back story, then on to the build.
My wife works in a hospital, and they are quickly running out of gear to do their job. I know it is happening everywhere, we are no exception. My mom has taken to making masks for my wife and her coworkers, but without a good way to sterilize them, it is a small solution. I decided to build a box that could be used to sterilize them after being washed, and this is what I came up with.
It is far from perfect, and there are so many things I would change if I did it again, but I needed a solution, and I needed it with what I had lying around (sans the UV-C light).

I’ve been in contact with a Tesla tech and he has seen this issue. He says Tesla won’t warranty the glass for the defroster issue. Tesla makes the defroster run hotter to clear condensation on the top part that doesn’t have the lines. That will severely affect any tint. It’s just a matter of time for any model 3 that has tint. He did however say they wail warranty the “fissure crack” that might be good news for my customer. I told my customer to go that route with them. I’ll keep you guys posted. 

So to update this, we won "best" in our category!  Thanks for everyone that voted!  It is amazing since we only voted over a period of less than 2 weeks...voting actually didn't end until late December.  I already submitted us for the 2020 vote which seems they are changing things up a little.

We are only a few miles from Aegis and used to get tools there all the time.  They have been struggling for some time keeping film and tools in stock.  I have heard many local dealers say they never have the film when they call.  We haven't picked up tools in months since they never have Olfa blades.  I remember going to them 6+ years ago and the place was full of employees...they had a receptionist up front, tons of people in the offices, and people in the warehouse.  They haven't had a receptionist in years and the last time I was there, maybe 2 people total in the building.  The lady that was handling my order was struggling to cut the window film for an order when I walked in.  She had to stop and go pull my order from the warehouse herself which took over 10 minutes.  I peeked into the warehouse and most lights were turned off with not a person in sight.  So I wouldn't be shocked if they have finally closed up shop.  If I remember, I will swing by there tomorrow to see if they are open.

Lately a couple of people have suggested taking the forum to the Goliath of Facebook. I suppose they prefer the ease and that there are many people on it.
I think these people deserve a thoughtful response from me why we will never be on Facebook and why TintDude.com is different.
