Is that a compressor hooked up to the tank?

My Zeps old trigger sounded like a duck and was awkward to use for me. I think if it's an old Spraymaster it has a D1 on it,. I ordered Zep on Amazon because the pic looked like the Zep bottle in the pic @Bham posted but got the old type i didn't like instead. So keep an eye out if ordering online.

Kinda shows you who had your back. Tint guy wants to pay and the Dealer could've easily paid to fix what is obviously their issue told you to F right off. Sick of car dealers, one of the biggest purchases you make and they act like they're not responsible for that $80 grid.

On the tint side of things, you can only completely remove portions of a defroster not loosen it, if it was 3 days old it was a manufacturers defect. Go to different dealer for the warranty work they're trying to blame the tint guy. This is not uncommon for this to be a manufacturers defect and 3 days in very likely is and your service manager is likely full of it. The grids are either loose or not, especially 3 days in.. I'll also add if the tint guy did do anything to cause a defect in the defroster it would more likely happen removing tint or happen on a much older car not a 3 day old car. You should thank the tint guy for pointing this issue out early for you. Don't listen to car dealers, go to another car dealer and just say it was loose so you're not giving them an out by saying it was at a tint place that didn't install tint on defective defroster grid. If you're going to try make the tint guy pay for a glass he didn't touch (or in your words "..he didn't apply tint") and warned you it was defective, then i'd tell you to kiss my ass you're lucky i'm even replacing it let alone OEM. Youre lucky the tint guy doesn't just tell you to get lost.

This seems like maybe the predecessor of on screen graphics. Like they'll have the speed limit fuel gauge etc right on the glass, you can get your emails and notification when you park i hope. Here comes the Apple iPhone F150, gonna make your windshield a see thru computer screen for cars we don't even have to drive anymore.

LA.s Totally Awesome. a bottle is $1. If you have a spray bottle get the gallon for $3. Spray it on and wait a few minutes for it to soak in and it comes off scraping with a credit card type of card. Don't let it get on trim or cloth, never had a bad experience but it is acid. Stuff is great, also use it in the house cleans better than anything, my drain was clogged and i poured some of this in it and an hour later the drain was clear. So yeah, $1 at Dollar General

I had tried a sample a while back and it stuck pretty good to dot matrix, Avery has a good product, i wonder if they kept the Hanita formula when they bought out Hanitas Auto line

Some storage units have car sized units suitable for tinting, the place i've used has 5 or 6 larger units for boats i use one of those. Call a few storage places and tell them exactly what you want to do.

this may be decent for those mobile types, this would be good for holding glass, a cutting mat or corrugated board pretty solid

i like the idea of someone else being responsible for getting the glass to you in one piece lol

The more you dilute it the more you wait. I use full strength, if you're gonna dilute it then you may as well just buy LA Awesome at the Dollar Store it works the same as diluted ATR

I use it and love it. You can get it cheaper if you register online at their website or call the sales guy and register with them. I did and got it for i think around i think $10-15 cheaper

I'd like to know which has the highest air output/CFM

Years back some guy told me when he applies the film he sprays the slip on the glass and unrolls the film right from the roll while peeling off the liner (no slip on film like a reverse roll, just peel and stick, like a reverse roll right from the roll), then squeegees it down then cuts it in place, never saw it done but he says it's "his thang". Do any of you have some magic method you do that's "your thang"?

I live in an HOA community and if they had a blinding light shining in my room i'd tell them to fix it or i will, i don't pay $1500 a year in dues to feel like i'm being interrogated all night, i pay and live in an HOA community so i don't have to deal with that kind of crap. Complain to them, they are literally disrupting your life. People in my community complain if you leave your garbage bins out too long. Complain to the HOA. "Light pollution" is an actual legal thing and no different from noise pollution, a neighbor can't blast music to disrupt your life just like they can't blast light into your life. Lights are also not intended to be looked directly at so there is the potential for long term damage to your eyes and your health from disrupted sleep and hopefully it doesn't trigger a seizure. The HOA should be on your side, they can shield or redirect the light.
