Authentic Details is offering one individual a full time role to operate and manage our tint shop in Austin, Tx. We currently service two dealerships and are migrating to a retail model for this location but we need the right person to do it. Our company is highly rated and regarded in Austin and we are growing rapidly. This is an ownership sharing model where you benefit greatly from the profits you produce and can earn ownership in the shop, while we operate the marketing, sales, management and all of the back end stuff that eats away at your time. This is a commission only role with unlimited income - the right person will clear $100k and have ownership in the business after 1 year. You are clean cut, professional, positive, have a can-do attitude, walk with a smile, enjoy people, are very neat and organized, and believe in a clean shop. You are always learning, strive to grow and develop with a sense of responsibility to win. You can tint just about anything, delivering clean work (little to no debris, peanuts, creases etc), can use a plotter and hand cut and can shrink efficiently.
