  1. Thanks I really appreciate the info. It stops me from going back to the tint shop and making an a$$ out of myself. I’ll probably just leave it as the truck is older and the exterior has a number of blemishes.
  2. I had a tint job done on a truck I’ve only had a few months. They did a great job but I noticed there is a blemish on the passenger window that looks like it’s on the outside. You can see in the pictures it looks like a speckled grey film that’s against the edge of the window. It’s really bugging me and now I can’t see anything else when I look at that window. I never noticed it before the tint job and didn’t notice it after the tint job until I washed the truck. It seems like some type of film on the outside. I tried to use windex on the outside to clean it off but that did nothing. I wanted another opinion before I took it into the shop to ask them about it. Since it’s on the outside, would it have nothing to do with the tint? Maybe I just didn’t notice it until after the tint was applied. Or did I screw up by washing my car the day after the tint job? I haven’t cleaned the inside of the windows or rolled down the windows at all since the tint job was done. Any advice you can give is greatly appreciated
