For air pockets/bubbles, should I be shooting a little water-alcohol solution with a syringe into the air pocket then sucking it out?

How well will 3M PPF adhere to a cars finish that has been ceramic coated?

Can I use blue painters tape(under the PPF) on the bordering edges of my surface in order to free had cut/score the PPF on my vehicle? Will the surface of the Blue tape hurt the adhesive side of the PPF?
