Can tint tek run off this vevor plotter, is this plotter good for someone who can hand cut and has never used a plotter.. How do you use these? Any ideas on something better but around the same price.. Help this poor guy out..

Does anyone know how to fix the dot matrix with sandpaper? If so what grit? Do I at it? Also how about your everyday vinyl, can it be used as a substitute for dotrix?
