I am not looking for the wanna be or think you are the Tinter of my dreams .....The reality most of you responding to this post will be that you can only do enough work to just get by ...I want an installer who loves to do cars and i mean a lot of cars and one who can walk the walk ...this is a high volume shop with the oppritunity to make a great deal of money ..We need someone now who is ready to tint not talk about it..at this point finding one who can keep up with our tech has been pointless . Most panic when they see the work load . We have a place for you to stay and will even help them with travel if needed
