Automotive/Flat Glass Window Tint Center Manager (South Austin)
Salary range: $50,000 to $70,000 based on experience
Eligible for annual performance bonuses

Our team is currently looking for a dedicated, experienced Window Tint Center Manager.
The Center Manager is the face of Turbo Tint South Austin. The Center Manager is responsible for all contact with customers from the initial phone call through delivery of the vehicle and for reporting operational updates to the owner. The primary focus of this position is on sales and customer service. An honest, fair approach to all customers, sales, and installation is imperative.
What will you do?
● Open, manage, and close the store daily Tuesday - Friday (8 AM - 5 PM), Saturday (9 AM - 1 PM)
● Follow all procedures for both the customer and the vehicle from the first customer contact until the car is delivered (picked up and paid for)
● Utilize appropriate systems and forms
● Ensure all policies and procedures are followed at all times
● Maintain appearance of the center for both safety and cleanliness
● Problem solving and resolution of customer problems
● Manage personnel
● Implement and maintain policies and procedures
● Report directly to the owner

● Ability and willingness to learn and follow procedures as trained
● Knowledge of computers and ability to maneuver within programs
● Prior experience with shop management systems
● Excellent customer relations skills
● Honest and trustworthy, dedicated work ethic
● Retail sales experience preferred
● High school diploma or GED required
● Passionate about cars and automotive products
● Experience managing a team
● Satisfactory driving record and background check

Full-time position – 40/hours per week
Turbo Tint Hours: Tuesday - Friday (8 AM - 5 PM), Saturday (9 AM - 1 PM). Closed Sunday and Monday
