Hey everyone! I am moving to California in the coming month, been finding a lot of shops out there are hourly pay. Maybe from the highly competitive market location? I’m use to commission rates where I am at now. Any experience on what a 10+ year auto tinter should be looking for $ hourly? I have numbers in my mind but genuinely wondering about what the market is like also what the pay is like. Mainly Southern California?! Any insights are helpful! Thanks

Honestly I usually charge the same price. Unless it’s Walmart film I won’t even touch that. I never warranty their film either. So with the price I always turn around and sell them my film with a warranty.
