    I wouldn't worry about the other customer trash talking you, it's easier said than done I know.  But your customers know you who you are and the great work that you do.  I am in sales, over the course of time, it will catch up to the other shop and they will shut down.  Also like you said those customers are coming to you to fix their problem from the other shop.  Just bight your tongue for the moment and everything will work out in the long run.  Let me know how it goes.

    Hello

    I need some help, I am looking to have the front of my house tinted.  I have a lot of large front windows and the sun is pretty strong in the morning.  I am looking at two different tint types.

     

    Enerlogic 35

     

    and

     

    Dual Reflective Series V28 SR PS8. 

     

    How are these two films?  And would you recommend any other films as I am looking for heat rejection as well as privacy.
