Don't everyone use alcohol and water for their paint protection?

I was tinting a hatch back, and the tint would not stick to the solid black boarder. I was heating it down for 10 mins and still would not go down. So I grab a ppf solution (alcohol and water). Sprayed and white card with paper towel, and it suck. I done this really quickly in seconds. Is it safe for glue?

What does it all mean? Terms where customer would understand. But full ceramic films can interfere with EM and RF signals. Can you help me full in the blanks? Do you tell customers they are all ceramics or entry ceramics or nothing at all?
