Mobile Tint and Audio , located in New Orleans La is now hiring a tinter . We have 4 high volume shops with average tint prices ranging from $180-$400 per car . Our Location at 3623 south Carrollton New Orleans is looking to hire a fulltime tinter with 5 years experience minimum. We are open to demands and pay suggestions , we are open mon-Friday 9:30-5:30 and Saturday 10-4:30(5 day work weeks available if needed ). The tint revenue at this store averages 6k or more weekly, if you are able to tint 5-6 cars per day(mixture of whole vehicles/sets of fronts), you will make $1500-$2500 weekly by yourself(again we are flexible on terms and will accommodate any reasonable amounts  . We have 6 tinters currently , however we are looking to find one solid reliable tinter for this store to tint alone ASAP. instead of having 2 tinters working together, the shop  currently has 2 salesman, one 12v installer  and one tinter we have to replace due to unreliability  .  The shop has ac/heat with plotter . We will relocate a qualified tinter with multiple years of experience , or offer a start on bonus. Each location has multiple clean bays, great lighting and plotters. We have 1-2 salesman per location, 1 audio/12volt installer and 1-2 tinters per location. We require 5+ years experience, and transportation is a plus. Transportation obviously isn't a requirement, there is multiple apartments and hotels within walking distance from the shop. We pay $18.40 per hour guaranteed($850 at a 46 hour full week/ 30% commission which ever is greater, on average tinters make $850-1100 weekly during slow months and on average as high as $1100-1400 during busier weeks. • We currently have 5 great locations in the New Orleans/Baton Rouge areas  and are looking to add more qualified employees to our growing team! The positions available require minimum 5 years of in shop experience. Will pay for a hotel for first 2 weeks for a qualified applciant. After 2 weeks if you are interested in relocating we can help assist you with the cost of relocating.
•Pay is $17-$20 per hour guaranteed + Commission, with paid holidays/vacations . Commission is 30%, most shops have 2 tinters so if doing a vehicle together the commission is split . The lowest any Tinter makes here is $780 guaranteed minimum which is the hourly. With commission included during the busier months feb-September the average Tinter makes $1000-1200 with 2 tinters at each store averaging 6-10 cars per day split between the 2 tinters.
