We've tried indeed, craigslist, linkedin, etc. Nothing. Just people either applying randomly without reading the job post or looking to be trained.

Perform routine window tint installations
Maintain a safe and clean work environment
Customer communications


Qualifications:
Familiarity with window film, tools and equipment
Ability to handle physical workload and fast-paced work environment
Ability to work well in a team
Ability to prioritize and multitask

Job Type: Full-time, or part-time

Day Shift
Monday to Friday
Overtime
Weekends and nightshift an option


Experience:
Window Tinting: 2 years required

Pay:
$25/hr or pay by job

Position Description: Ghost Shield is a growing Paint Protection Film installation business looking for a new top quality clear bra installer to join our busy team. We are looking for someone who is energetic, willing to learn and grow with the business, someone who takes pride in their work, and is reliable. We are looking for a new installer to join the team.

Candidate MUST have 1 year of installation experience. 

Minimum Requirements: (Must have all three )

Must have 1 year of clear bra installation experience AND

At least 18 years of age at the time of application AND·

Current CA driver’s license; with good standing-record and NO DUI/DWI

Desirable Requirements: ·

Detail oriented·

Mechanically inclined·

Practices safety, ownership and respect when working on and around each customer’s vehicle·

Clean and professional appearance·

Ability to orally communicate in English clearly and effectively ·

Exercise good judgement ·

Interact and relate effectively with those contacted in the course of work; establish and maintain effective working relationships with fellow workers;

Interact effectively with the public/customers·

Takes direction and criticism, and works under direct supervision and coaching·

Reliable individual·
