Can a large mirror be used as a peel board?

I am looking to start a wrapping/tinting company and found a 60in Graphtec FC5100-150 for sale and negotiated the seller down to $800, Would I be getting a good deal at this price? Also I was wondering what software would be best to use on this plotter for vinyl, tint and paint protection film?
