  1. Hello guys, I am a newbie.Last year I bought some cheaper tint films from China l and practiced in my garage for a month, most of the time the garage door was open. When we heat shrinkage, can smell a burning smell from film , excuse me the smell  produced can cause cancer? I know that some Asian shops in southern California have been using the film produced in China for a long time. May I ask if this is a risk for the technician?

No, you need a hard card, those are squeegees for pushing liquid and made for that purpose. Search for hard cards. Get a gold hard card if you like a very firm card with little resistance pushing on the film, or a softer blue hard card if you like it to have a slight grippy drag when pushing the card. The blue is less likely to scratch. If you have a scratching problem then most of the stuff you need will be blue colored. Just my 2 cents.

Also. most in this group refer to water scrapers as squeegees, just FYI.

Thank you so much.I have buy one gold card in 44tool.com

  3. Hello guys , I am a  tint amateur from south California ,I have been learning by myself through video for half a year, and there have a few successful cases. But each case was not absolutely perfect.Inexplicable scratches, stubborn bubbles, lack of knife skills, let me get stuck. Please recommend me to a professional school or course in Los Angeles or San bernardio, or accept me as an apprentice. I am willing to pay the tuition and learn from you modestly.
