I am in the same boat.   I want to buy tint but just buy out right but buy quality tint.  Going to practice and see if I can turn this into a weekend business.

You suggest Express, which one of their films would you say is the "best" with life/color stabilty and heat.

If it will be your business, then why not get a business license and solve your film problem?

  2. That looks standard or above standard for that car. I assume you paid the standard amount for that so you indeed got your moneys worth. If you want him to spend hours screwing around with your car until YOU deem it OK then you should pay him what ever he ask per hour to screw around with your car. For instance, a body shop charges more for show quality paint jobs than they do for everyday paint jobs.

Hey guys so I just bought this 96 prelude and I was just curious if a 30” by 70” roll would be enough window tint to cover this coupe, I’m looking on eBay and the roll is under 200 bucks. Going to find someone to install it for me, not looking to spend 500 on window tint. IMG_2392.JPG

Prelude's backglass is about 31 inches tall so the answer is NO a 30 inch wide roll will not cover in ONE piece.
