Please, I am a Windows 10 user who has a problem with SAi FLEXI cutting software. Every time I want to cut contours, it always ends up with a 2-3 cm offset. Please, I need some help! Is there any way to solve this problem?

I have been trying to install SAi Flexi starter software, but I had some problems with contour cutting. It was always cutting with 2 cm offset. Then I decided to reinstall the software from SAi Cloud, but it says that I have entered too many attempts for removing the license. Whenever I install the software for my cutting plotter, I cannot get past the part of activating license, because on License Manager it brings me back to the activation code screen and it is very frustrating! I cannot even get the program to work because of that licensing issue. I am unable to activate the software and now I am stuck there forever. Please, has anyone had these issues with activating software license? Is there any way to fix this problem and continue using Flexi Starter cutting software? I hope anyone can help.
