You will tint windows in a work environment that gives you access to the most cutting-edge equipment and techniques in the industry!
Job Responsibilities:
Skilled in all facets of installing one or more of the products the store offers
Choose the right tools, equipment and parts necessary to complete a job
Use shop software system to enter, update and verify job information before, during and after each individual tint job.
Utilize a plotter to crate a computer cutout of tint film and cut tint film by hand when necessary.
Responsible for bay production and ensure production is flowing
Responsible for any and all services/installations and the quality of all services/installations performed
Assist with mentoring Junior installers and shop apprentice
Maintain a clean work environment
Maintain working levels of all shop supplies and installation tools.
Qualification:
High school diploma
2 plus years of experience installing one or more products the shop offers.
Company oriented
Punctuality
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Willingness to learn
Capable of assuming responsibility
